Marybeth Cale (aka "Beth") launched the company in 2005 to help clients find the words and platforms to share their stories. In her work developing and leading multi-faceted communications campaigns for clients from all over the United States and Canada, Marybeth has written countless op-eds, articles, websites, video scripts, radio spots, press releases, and marketing pieces, developed integrated marketing strategies for clients, secured top-tier media placements, coordinated public relations initiatives, and conducted communications, leadership, and self-confidence workshops for a wide range of groups. She is former co-publisher of Living Rhinebeck magazine and a former contributor to Thrive Global.

Additionally, she is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, and Certified Life Coach who runs corporate workshops and provides one-to-one health/well-being, leadership, and executive coaching for a wide range of clients.
